The subscription, step by step.
Start by telling us about the work you need. The current website takes an enquiry, not an online payment. We can discuss whether the scope and one-request model fit before you subscribe.
Choose a plan and subscribe
Design is $3,499/month. Design + Build is $5,999/month and includes Design plus custom web development. Choose the scope that matches the work you need, then confirm the starting arrangement with Nova.
Add and order your requests
Put as many requests as you need in the queue. Explain the desired outcome, provide the relevant content and files, and choose the priority order. You can keep future ideas queued while the current work is underway.
Work on one active request
Nova takes one defined request into active work per subscription. Larger pieces are divided into sequential deliverables. A long queue does not mean all the work is underway at once.
Review and revise
Review the active piece against the brief and give consolidated feedback. Unlimited revisions are included. Missing information, changes in direction and review time can affect when that piece is ready to finish.
Move to the next request
Once the active piece is complete, the next priority can begin. For a larger project, that may be the next page, feature or milestone. Keep the queue ordered around the outcome your business needs next.
Pause or cancel when needed
Pause when you do not need more work and resume later, or cancel anytime. There is no long-term contract. Confirm billing timing and the status of any active work directly with Nova when arranging a pause or cancellation.
A useful request has a clear finish.
Describe the problem, who the work is for and what should be different when it is done. Include the current files or site, the content available, technical constraints and any genuine deadline. That gives the request a practical starting point.
For a landing page, that might mean a defined audience, offer, supplied copy and a next action. For development, it might mean a user can edit a particular record, with the required fields and permissions explained.
“Build our platform” is too broad to review as one piece. A larger build needs a sequence of outcomes. Agree that sequence before treating the first request as a promise to finish the whole project.
What unlimited means in practice.
There is no cap on requests added to the queue, and revisions are included. There is one active request at a time per subscription. The number of finished pieces depends on their size, complexity, available information and feedback.
A small design change and an integration with an external system are different amounts of work. The model provides a monthly way to work through priorities rather than a guaranteed deliverable count, fixed project completion date or bank of hours.
You can change the order of queued work as priorities change. If you need to change the active brief or handle several urgent pieces at once, discuss how to sequence them. The two plans differ in scope, not in the number of active requests.
The monthly fee and the running costs.
Design covers websites and landing pages, product UI / UX, branding, marketing assets, presentations, motion, and Framer / Webflow implementation. Design + Build adds frontend and full-stack web development, databases, authentication, payments, APIs, integrations, AI features, automations, deployment and ongoing product iteration.
Prices are in USD: $3,499 per month for Design, or $5,999 per month for Design + Build. Hosting, paid platform plans, API usage and other third-party software costs stay separate unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Completed design files and code produced for your business are yours once paid for. Pausing or cancelling ends the ongoing work arrangement; any third-party accounts and their costs need to be managed separately.

A few details.
Do queued requests all get completed within the month?
No. Unlimited describes how many requests you can add. One is active at a time, and the amount completed depends on the work and review process. Larger projects may span multiple months.
Does Design + Build provide two active requests?
No. Both plans have one active request at a time per subscription. Design + Build adds development scope to the Design services.
Which request-management tool will we use?
The offer is a prioritised request queue. The specific workspace and access arrangements can be confirmed when starting; no particular client portal or tool is promised here.
How are unused days or refunds handled?
The published offer allows pausing or cancelling anytime. It does not specify a refund or unused-day credit policy. Confirm those billing details with Nova before subscribing.
