A purchase confirmation date is Day 1, even when partial. Pausing forfeits its remaining hours. Fully paused future dates preserve capacity. Resuming counts the UTC date once. A zero-balance resume remains inactive and defers renewal eligibility to the next midnight. Cancelled automatic renewal stays disabled.
A payment is already being processed or reviewed. Pause/cancellation stops future requests; it cannot promise that an in-flight payment will be stopped.
Payment recovery
Recovery uses your original verified email and agreed ZAR price. A new payment is blocked while an earlier result is unknown. A manual purchase does not re-enable cancelled automatic renewal.
